When we were in Venice last weekend, we were all milling around outside of a church we had just been in and a man and his son walked by with an adorable puppy on a leash. It was very picturesque because we were standing in the sun in a beautiful city, outside an incredible church, and there was a man playing guitar and singing on the other side of the square that we were standing in. When the man and his puppy walked past the man who was singing, the puppy very oddly pulled the man closer. The puppy stood in front of the singer and stared at him, occasionally cocking his head from side to side. Then, the puppy just sat down. His owner pulled at him a little to get him to move, but he wouldn't. The puppy was fixed on the singer. So, the man and his son just stood there with the puppy and listened to the singer. All of us students were just staring at this amazing and adorable scene, and I managed to get my camera out to snap a picture. It was so bizarre how that puppy and the singer had such a moment together.
